5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only within seven (7) days of delivery, provided the Products are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
No returns will be accepted after seven (7) days from the delivery date.
To initiate a return, contact us at [sales@jakescabinets.com] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is damaged or defective due to our error.
