Terms and Conditions for JAKE'S CABINETS AND FLOORING

Welcome to Jake's Cabinets & Flooring. By accessing or purchasing from our website Jake's Cabinets & Flooring, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

• These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of cabinets, hardware, or related products from Jake's Cabinets and Flooring.

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website.

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Jakes Cabinets & Flooring.

2. Orders and Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete.

• Prices listed on our website are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept credit/debit cards.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping address or carrier.

4. Inspection and Damages

• You must inspect all products upon delivery for any damage, defects, or discrepancies.

• If a product is damaged or defective, you must notify us immediately, no later than 24 hours after delivery, via sales@jakescabinets.com.

• You must provide clear photographs of the damaged product(s) and packaging to support your claim. Failure to provide photographs may result in denial of your claim.

• We reserve the right to inspect and verify reported damages before processing any claims.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted only within seven 7 days of delivery, provided the Products are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

• No returns will be accepted after seven 7 days from the delivery date.

• To initiate a return, contact us at sales@jakescabinets.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective due to our error.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving the returned product.

• Custom orders, clearance items, or products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns or refunds.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at sales@jakescabinets.com.

• No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours from the time the order was placed.

• Custom or made-to-order Products cannot be canceled once production has begun, even within the 24-hour window.

• Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our return policy outlined in Section 5.

7. Product Descriptions and Warranty

• We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of our products. However, we do not guarantee that all details are error-free or complete.

• Products may vary slightly in color, finish, or dimensions due to manufacturing processes or display settings.

• Products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Contact us for warranty claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jake's Cabinets & Flooring is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

10. Governing Law

• The laws of the State of Pennsylvania govern these terms. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase will be resolved in the courts of York County, PA.
