Warranties, Claims & Returns

Warranty

All cabinet warranties are provided by the manufacturer, Masterbrand Cabinets. As an authorized Masterbrand dealer, we will assist customers with the warranty claim process whenever possible.

Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Warranty claims may require photographs, proof of purchase, and other documentation requested by the manufacturer.

Please note that normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, alterations, or damage occurring after delivery are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Damage & Claims

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive damaged, defective, or missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or whatever timeframe you choose).

When submitting a claim, please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Claims reported after the required reporting period may not be eligible for replacement.

Returns

Because our cabinets are ordered specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please verify all measurements, colors, door styles, finishes, and order details before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer, it cannot be canceled or returned.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for confirming:

  • Cabinet sizes

  • Quantities

  • Door style

  • Finish/color

  • Overall design

We recommend carefully reviewing your order before final approval.
